About NAC-PP

NAC-PP was established in March 2015 to serve as a policy advocacy and information-sharing platform for good governance. With support from APPRO as its Secretariat, NAC-PP works through subcommittees on Education, Health, Access to Justice, NAP 1325, Food Security, and Anticorruption at the national, provincial and district levels in Kabul, Mazar-e Sharif, Herat, Kandahar, Jalalabad and Bamyan.

The National Advocacy Committee for Public Policy (NAC-PP) was established in March 2015 to serve as a policy advocacy and information-sharing platform for good governance. NAC-PP works closely with Provincial Advocacy Committees (PACs) and District Advocacy Committees (DACs) to coordinate advocacy and information sharing from district to national levels.

Building on the expertise of its individual members, NAC strengthens its network for capacity exchange among civil society organizations in Afghanistan through the use of specialized sub-committees. These sub-committees are:
